  • Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
  • Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken pieces and coat them well.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge to marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
