  • Step 1 – Prepare the Crust
  • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the base of your pie pan or springform pan using the back of a spoon or measuring cup.
  • Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  • Step 2 – Whip the Cream
  • In a cold bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Set it aside in the refrigerator.
  • Step 3 – Make the Cream Cheese Base
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
