It is incredibly crunchy on the skin while, beneath it is a lot of moist chicken meat. I really do not think I’ve ever come across a batter with such an unreal texture before.
The, the coating is packed with flavour and a mild heat from the pepper, and lots of harmonious seasoning. This has a kind of crisp that makes you assume that it is fried to perfection in hot oil… but actually, it isn’t.
If I can make this the we can surely you make the same. If I can do this one then you can do it for sure So, let’s warm up our air fryers and get to it …
(ok, maybe should not preheat it at such an early time!).
