1. Classic Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest in which fresh lemon zest is used.
- 1 tablespoon finely crushed black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Before preparing the batter and combination of ingredients, turn on oven at 375F or 190C.
Season the chicken breasts with lemon zest, black pepper and salt rubbing in well.
Preheat olive oil in a large over-safe skillet, at the medium level of heat.
Grill the chicken pieces for about 2-3 minutes each side until a lovely golden brown color appears.
Finally, add under the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken skinless thighs or breast pieces
- Usage of ingredients: Lemon pepper seasoning- 2 tablespoons
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Soak the chicken in lemon pepper seasoning and a pinch of salt.
Turn the stove on high with the use of medium flame, add olive oil to a skillet.
Fry the chicken on both sides until they turn light brown, this should take roughly 4-5minutes on each sides. Remove and set aside.
To the same skillet, you will have to melt butter and add garlic to the mixture. Stir until the ingredients are aromatic; about one minute.
Mix in the lemon zest and lemon juice and let the sauce to get more thickened.
Put the chicken back to the skillet and baste on the garlic butter sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
